Common Causes of Zone Temperature Alarm
- Zone door or drawer not fully sealed
- Overpacked zone blocking internal air circulation
- A failing sensor or seal specific to that zone
🔧 One Safe Check You Can Try
Check that the affected zone's door or drawer is fully closed and not overpacked in a way that blocks its internal airflow vent.
⚠ Why You Shouldn't Go Further Than That
- Each zone has its own small sensor and seal assembly that's easy to damage if pried at without knowing the exact mounting.
- Misdiagnosing this as a main compressor problem leads to unnecessary work on a system that isn't actually the problem.
- Forcing an overpacked zone's shelf or rack to "fix" a seal issue can crack the interior housing.
