What CC Means
CC on a Monogram wine unit is the same compressor-control fault as on the refrigerator platform — the board can't confirm the compressor circuit is behaving normally, so it stops commanding it.
Common Causes of CC
- Compressor start relay or capacitor has failed
- Compressor windings have failed
- Control board output stage has failed
🔧 One Safe Check You Can Try
No safe DIY step — the compressor circuit runs at line voltage and needs the unit opened and partly de-energized to test.

- Diagnosing which component actually failed means sequential testing with the cabinet open.
