What C7 Means
C7 flags a turbidity sensor fault — the optical sensor that measures how dirty the wash water is (used to decide cycle length and extra rinses) isn't giving a valid reading.

- Sensor lens coated with food residue or hard-water film
- Sensor has failed
🔧 One Safe Check You Can Try
Wipe the turbidity sensor lens if you can see and reach it without disassembly — a cloudy or food-coated lens is a common, harmless cause.
⚠ Why You Shouldn't Go Further Than That
- None — C7 is low-severity precisely because it doesn't block normal cycle operation; wiping the sensor is a reasonable owner step.
