Monogram ZJ7000

The ZJ7000’s full-extension slide gives complete access to the drawer interior but adds more mechanical travel than a standard partial-extension design — binding partway through the slide’s travel is a mechanical adjustment separate from anything in the heating circuit.

Monogram ZDT910

The ZDT910 shares its core heating and control architecture with the rest of Monogram’s warming drawer lineup, so a unit that won’t power on at all is checked at the electrical supply and control board first, before assuming the heating element itself has failed.

Monogram ZKD910

A warming drawer is mechanically simple compared to Monogram’s cooking appliances — a heating element, a thermostat, and (on this model) a soft-close drawer slide — so most faults are isolated to one of those three systems rather than anything electronically complex.
